Excellent hotel for business trip

The studio room that I had was very good as it gave me the flexibility to use the facilities in the room such as the cooker and laundry machine

The washing machine was not working and no one from Maintenance was able to sort the problem. It should be sorted so that other guests don't experience this problem

Wonderful

Wonderful staff Mrs.Alaa,Mr.Raj and Mr.Mohamad they were very helpful in smooth check inn and they help me with late check out as well. The location was very convenient for me it is in the middle between the downtown and Yas area. Also, wasn't far from Abu Dhabi airport about 20min by taxi. The hotel was very quiet although they were having alot of groups checked inn during my stay.

All staff were friendly and went above and beyond

The fact that we booked for 2 adults and 2 children... bit then when we got there there was a bed for my girls.. and to be told there was a charge for another bed. You can't say it's suitable for a family of 4 and then charge for an additional bed...... need to make that clearer if that the case.

The location, the food and quick response and courtesy of the staff.

Toiletries, bathrobe and slippers were provided for one person while it's a double room. Check out took longer than usual yet with sweet apology. Over priced. Room in pic was with bath yet in reality no bath.

Great hotel, loved the apartment, very spacious, room cleaned every day with fresh towels and staff were extremely helpful. The only one thing I would say it’s perhaps they could have a larger area for sun beds in the sun. I would Definately return and recommend to others.

My stay was very good but there was one thing I didn’t like at all, I stayed on the first floor and the sound of the songs and music was high and very noisy at night and I could not sleep well

Rotana always surprise me . I love it and I love staying in all rotanas hotels

All the staff were too friendly specially the new staff member from morocoo he actually made my day while I was checking in smile and very positive energy. It was really good vibes. .

Customer service in checking in . Staff name Mr ahmed I came twice First time I was asking about the availability of the classic studio when he actually ignored me and picked up a call and the ln I asked him this a rude way to welcome a guest . Then he confused me about the difference of the classic studio . I believe he was not in the mood to work . That's it an ugly way to start relaxing in a hotel . In conclusion. I will always a be loyal customer to rotana .

Cosey, clean and easy access and the staff is great!

From check-in to check-out, the staff treatment was great and supportive. The apartment was cosey and sapceous, the cleaniss of the place was good.

The only cone is the club that was directly under my room, even though I noted that I had a child less than a year it was my luck that the room I got was literlly above the club and I the music was as loud as it could get till 2:30 am.

An excellent choice for a stopover arrangement.

The Hotel is situated near the beautiful new Mosque which we wanted to visit during our stopover. This was ideal for the way back to Australia since relatively near the airport. We had visited the new Louvre dome and museum on our way to Europe which was indeed impressive.

No problems.

Studios were great for one person, quiet and relaxing. enjoyed my stay. recommended.

Great staff, helpful, friendly and never to busy to accommodate. Lots of choice for dinning. A local pub if you fancy a beer. Comfortable bed. Great shower.

The kitchenette is very small if you fancy cooking, there was no pug for washing up, the toaster is broken, But I am being picky. Basically there is not a lot to dislike. A bit expensive being so far from the centre of the city or beaches, but nice a quiet.

room small although I took one bed room , the floor was down and the view is on the main door that mean I can hear and see everything happing below oh I forgot the air condition switch was gamed I could not close it or reduce or increase the temp. regarding the valley parking the staff need some training in how to deal with visters

it was a wonderful stay.

I'll say the location is great for people who want to rest, relax and just stay away from the buzzing noise of the city.

the temperature of the water in the pool was cold but I'm sure it would be really nice when the weather gets hotter
